Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged full price of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

If you are not satisfied with your therapist, please notify us within 15 minutes of your session and we'll gladly change your therapist when available or issue refund. There will be no refund after 15 minutes in treatment.
